Launched in 02003 by Stewart Brand, Long Now Talks have featured more than 400 leading thinkers across a range of disciplines and ideas, including long-term thinking, technology, science, social sciences, speculative fiction, time, ecology, cultural imagination, and beyond — all within the context of the next and last 10,000 years.
Long Now Talks are produced live in San Francisco and made publicly available around the world via livestream, as well as on our YouTube channel and podcast. Long Now Talks have been supported by over 12,000 members across 65 countries.
