Chip Conley is a hospitality entrepreneur. He founded the boutique hotel brand Joie de Vivre Hospitality at 26 and ran it for 24 years. Most recently he served as Airbnb's Head of Global Hospitality and Strategy for 4 years and remains involved as a strategic advisor. He is author of 5 books including his most recent, Wisdom @ Work: The Making of a Modern Elder.
