The Interval hosts a carefully selected number of private events each year that are compatible with the unique limitations of our venue:

• No private events on Friday or Saturday after 5 PM.
• All private events are full-venue buyouts. We do not offer partial use of the venue or otherwise accept reservations.
• The Interval can host up to 49 guests indoors and up to 75 guests when including our outdoor space.
• We welcome catering from our preferred caterers list. We do not have a kitchen or ways to heat, chill, or store food.
• Your rental agreement must be signed at least two weeks in advance of your event.
• Costs vary — a 49-person two hour daytime rental might cost under $2,000, while a 75-person five hour evening rental with AV support and catering might cost over $12,000.

We understand that your private event is exceptional, but we are not able to make exceptions to these limitations. We receive more event inquiries than we can handle, and we'll only respond to those that we’re able to accommodate. We appreciate your understanding.
