Ting is designer, curator and community builder. She is committed to bridging cultures and generations.
She has been a member of Long Now since she was 14 years old, and felt compelled to invite her peers to engage in the conversation. This evolved into monthly gatherings bringing together a diverse group of young, bright Long thinkers to share our most pressing challenges and brainstorm creative long-term solutions.
Ting recently completed at 4-month research trip to map, catalogue and connect the leaders of 12 innovation ecosystems in Asia. Previously, she spent time in Detroit collaborating on building spaces for the collision of ideas and people in order to foster more resilience in a fractured community (Collision Works).
Ting helps people and organizations tell their story at Doorstep Studios, and is currently based in San Francisco.
